Its initiatives focus mainly on financing real assets and direct lending to economic actors in four sectors of activity: commercial real estate, the public sector, collateralized corporate financing, and infrastructure (primarily renewable energy).

About Corporate Finance

As of 2011, Zaini’s Corporate Finance team has chosen to focus on designing, structuring and deploying debt funds on behalf of institutional investors in order to offer them unique and low- volatility investment solutions, mainly by diversifying their fixed-income segment. The company carries out business in the form of funds, discretionary management, and funds of funds. Zaini Investment W.L.L is committed to helping businesses through all stages of their development. Our involvement with a client begins from concept and ends with implementation. In doing so the company has the ability to deliver an efficient investment management approach to private, corporate and institutional customers. We continue to look for opportunities where we can use our insight into the growth drivers of the underlying business. We believe that this is a more robust source of returns, over the business cycle, than a sole reliance on financial leverage and we invest with the primary intention of creating a measurable social impact.
